My name is Chris Bacarella, and I love photographing architecture.

I’m a native New Yorker, a current Houstonian, and I originally went to film school in Boston and moved to Los Angeles to make movies. In the 10 years I was in LA, my passion moved from the moving image to the still image, to documenting scenes with impact on a two-dimensional plane. In that time, I have been lucky enough to travel all over documenting incredible architectural projects with innovative, vibrant clients.

I specifically work to capture the intent of the space, to show how the team of architects, designers, contractors, and all their collaborators wanted the human to interact with the inanimate.
